![]() Bells Running has provided coaching through group training for the last 16 years. Doug Bell, who set over 10 national age records in the 90's, coaches the group. We meet once a week on Wednesday evenings at UNC Track at Nottingham Field (17th Ave) at 6:15pm from March through October. The coaching is open to runners of all abilities and consists of interval workouts on the track. You'll meet many of the area's most avid runners, which can be very motivating. The outstanding group atmosphere and fellowship helps make these tougher workouts much easier. You'll make many new running friends.
